Last week, I contacted ARI Pest Control to enlist their services to eradicate a wasps’ nest in my garden.

Within hours, Chris had called at my home to assess the matter and he explained in detail the approach required to effectively resolve the issue.

Fortunately it was a family member who spotted the rats eating birdfood at the holiday cottage.....Chris came that very morning. Recently, I sent an e-mail to 'ARI Pest Control' as I had a concern regarding a rat problem at my home in Llanelli.

I chose the above firm as I was impressed with the very informative website that was provided, and because a friend of mine knew Mr Chris Dyer considerably well and immediately gave an extremely positive appraisal.

I received a quick response from Chris and I promptly found him to be a completely "down to earth" person. He explained in some detail about the possible reasons for the problem and I arranged a date for him to call at my property.

On arrival, Chris made a detailed inspection, both inside and outside of the building. It was hugely evident that he was an exceedingly astute and perceptive individual; not only in relation to rodents but also a host of other work in respect of pest control.

Suffice to say that the problem was eradicated after two visits. I was more than pleased with the cost and outcome, and I would readily recommend him to other potential customers.

Suffice to say that the problem was eradicated after two visits, but he also pointed out that if there was a future vermin issue he would be able to put me in contact with someone who could do a camera survey of the sewer so as to put my mind at rest.

Chris treated a mouse infestation at my father's house and was able to locate where they were getting into the wall cavity through the outside drain.

Chris is a very helpful pest controller and he'd dealt with our rat problem even though l told him about my concerns about the local wildlife our livestock.

He made sure that there was any possibility of livestock and our pets from getting into contact with the poison.
